Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective date: June 28, 2026 · CityCentral Technologies · Toronto, Ontario, Canada
1. Booking deposits & payments (set by the provider)
Deposits and payments your clients make are between the client and the provider. Each provider publishes their own cancellation and refund policy on their booking page and in the confirmation email. Refunds are issued by the provider through Stripe against their connected account. InstantBook does not hold these funds and does not decide whether a booking refund is granted.
2. Chargebacks & disputes
If a client disputes a charge with their bank, Stripe manages the dispute against the provider's account. InstantBook may display dispute status to help the provider respond but is not a party to the dispute.
3. InstantBook subscription fees
- The Free plan is free forever.
- Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard; cancellation stops future charges and you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
- Monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable for partial periods, except where required by law.
- If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days and we'll review it in good faith.
4. SMS credits & add-ons
Included SMS credits reset monthly and do not roll over. Purchased credit packs (when available) are non-refundable once used.
