No. Client payments go directly to your own Stripe account. InstantBook never holds, touches, or escrows your funds — we're software, not a payment processor.
Never. InstantBook charges a flat monthly fee only. Standard Stripe card processing (2.9% + 30¢) applies to client payments — the same as anywhere — but InstantBook adds no commission on your own bookings.
Growth (200/mo) and Business (500/mo) include monthly SMS credits for appointment reminders and confirmations. Starter can add SMS as a paid add-on. Credits reset each month; we never send unlimited SMS without a cost control.
A free trust layer — not a paid tier. Any provider can complete the verification checklist (email, phone, Stripe, business info) and, after admin review, display a Verified badge on their booking page. It improves client trust; it isn't a guarantee of outcome.
